CryptPeer® 2026 Pricing

Real teams, one clear invoice: start with five people on an all-in base, then grow headcount at your pace — without a maze of hidden add-ons.

Built for IT, security and business owners: a full sovereign suite (messaging, video, files, mail, office, translation, local AI) in a readable, controllable model. Same software whether you run it on a closed LAN (intranet, VPN) or on the public Internet: the choice is your network perimeter, not a separate “product mode” inside CryptPeer — see deployment topology neutrality.

One invoice, on the organisation side

CryptPeer avoids a sprawl of per-user invoices: your organisation (the purchaser, the Client) settles the licence. People you add to the platform do not get a personal bill — they simply use seats you have already bought.

In contracts and technical docs, each “seat” is also called a UCT (User Capacity Token); the precise definition and the UTC alias in some legal wording are in the glossary.

Functional scope — where to read the detail

Here we cover money and commitment: how many people you cover, how the invoice scales, what is included. For functional depth, use cases or market comparisons, continue here:

Where you start

Five-person starter pack

€95 / month excl. tax

i.e. €19 / month / person on those first five seats — lifetime rate, non-revisable, billed to the purchaser (invited colleagues are not charged individually).

Quarterly or annual billing; full contractual terms are in our terms and conditions of sale.

Per-unit pricing covers the full functional scope (messaging, video, transfer, mail, office, translation, local AI). The family-level list is on all features.

The larger the subscribed headcount, the gentler the average cost per person — with no feature carve-outs: everything stays in the same licence envelope.

Monthly excl. tax for each person beyond the first five (same rate for every additional seat in the tier), by total headcount on the licence. The five starter seats stay at €19 excl. tax / month / person for life for the purchaser. One invoice to the organisation.

The first five people stay at €19 / month excl. tax / person for life for the purchaser. Each further person follows the row above, based on total headcount — that is what creates the “more people, relatively lower price” effect.

How to read the offer

CryptPeer is not a patchwork of optional modules: you buy capacity for your organisation, then fill it with real people — no “surprise line per feature”.

  • Start with five people on the base pack
  • Lifetime preferential rate on those first five seats (billed to the purchaser)
  • Extend whenever you need
  • Degressive grid: the wider the total headcount, the calmer the relative cost per person
  • Payment rhythm: quarter or year, whichever helps you budget

Choosing annual rather than quarterly often makes a real difference on the average ticket per person — stackable with volume effects.

Cost optimisation

The CryptPeer model rewards commitment and volume. Annual billing delivers an immediate reduction stackable with volume effects.

Effect of annual billing on the purchaser’s invoice (indicative), on top of the degressive grid by total headcount.
People on the licence Annual gain Overall effect
6 – 25–10%Immediate optimisation
26 – 100–18%Significant reduction
101 – 500–25%Strongly optimised cost
> 500CustomMaximum optimisation

The wider the subscribed headcount, the lower the average cost per person can go — without stripping product scope.

Market equivalents

The function-by-function table (messaging, video, MFT, mail, office, translation, AI) is maintained on the comparison page so pricing content and product content stay in one canonical place each.

Scope is included in the licence

You are not buying add-on modules: the same offer covers messaging, video, transfer (MFT), PGP email, collaborative LibreOffice (in-product from 25 April 2026, no third-party cloud office stack, wired to LLME), translator and local AI, runnable locally or on infrastructure you control. Major new capabilities in that envelope are not priced as separate line items (e.g. LLME, on-screen keyboard, LibreOffice as above).

Updates: Docker-based channel — to check for new versions, the server must be able to reach the Internet for the detection window; an administrator then explicitly starts the update. See glossary — Docker-based updates.
